Excellent Service and Performance – Highly Recommend!

I purchased an electric Whipper Deluxe Trike in February, 2024. By prior agreement, it was shipped over to NSW to a local bike shop, who assembled it. They did a very good job. I have chalked up some 300 km so far. I am happy with the product for the following reasons: 1. The customer service was excellent. The trike is a pleasure to use, and all of the components works flawlessly. The information supplied was accurate. I have found the 250 watt motor to be adequate for the steepest hills we have around here, but normally only have to have the battery assist on the 1 or 2 setting. I can certainly recommend the product.

Absolutely brilliant !! I got my first fat wheel electric trike from Overide and could not be happier. I’m 60 yrs and it has been a game changer. SOOO strong and well built, excellent braking system, battery life, power, stability and it looks so cool. Mine is red & black. I get people admiring it and questions about it everywhere I ride. My trike was flown airfreight from Australia to Norfolk Island and assembled on island by the local bike mechanic, Rob Kemp, who did an outstanding job. I must admit it has the most comfortable seat on any bike I’ve used. That was an aspect I was worried about as I’ve never found bike seats comfortable, but this one is SOOO comfortable ! I also LOVE the fact that I can do my shopping, go to the beach and get everywhere without paying for fuel. Pete’s assistance at the time of purchase was excellent, as was his advice and follow up service. He promptly answers any questions I have and is genuinely passionate and proud of his products. I can even walk my trike (power assisted) UP my VERY steep driveway, it’s amazing. Only 4WD vehicles can access my driveway and the trike has no problem at all. Highly recommend Overide Products!!

“Exceptional Service and Quality: 3 Bikes and Thousands of Trouble-Free Kilometers!”

I have now bought 3 different bikes from Pete Dopera of Override over the last 4 years and cannot rate his service or his products highly enough. Somehow or the other I cooked a motor after a few thousand kilometres and Pete replaced it without question or any cost to me! You could not wish for more. Between my trikes I have now had thousands of trouble free riding!

“70th Birthday Gift: Overcoming Doubts and Loving Every Ride!”

I received my trike in February 2021 for my 70th birthday. Although I am reasonably fit for my age, I’ve never felt confident on a bike as I grew up in the inner city and was not allowed to ride. Due to a number of reasons, I have not been able to ride it until recently. I was quite tentative at first but now absolutely love it. So many people I pass admire it and take note of the brand. I’m so glad I have it, especially in this lockdown period as I back off the motor to get more exercise. I Pete’s service was wonderful - answered queries promptly and patiently. I highly recommend the trike and the company it came from.
